Luis is survived by his mother, Maria Cantu Garcia; his children, Fabiola Garza, Angie Garza, Diana Garza, Luis Garza, Jr., Briana Hansel, Isaac Garza; his siblings, Israel Garza Cantu and Arnoldo Garza Cantu; and his grandchildren, Christopher Rangel, Aiden Mancilla, Ailane Banales, Adiel Saucedo, Josiah Basaldua, Joseph Almaguer, Jolee Almaguer, and Jace Almaguer.
Luis was preceded in death by his father, Israel Garza.
A Visitation will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Rose Lawn, 4464 Old Port Isabel Rd, Brownsville, TX., on April 2, 2026, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
