He is survived by his son, Luis Cesar Villarreal Jr (Ana).
A visitation will be held at Funeraria del Angel Buena Vista, Chapel of Peace, located at 125 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, Texas, 78521, on January 25, 2026, from 1:00 pm until 12:00 am the following day. A prayer service will also take place at the same venue on January 25, 2026, at 7:00 pm.
A religious ceremony is scheduled for January 26, 2026, at 10:00 am at Shamma Christian Center, 825 W St Francis St, Brownsville, TX, 78520.
Entombment will follow on January 26, 2026, at 11:00 am at Buena Vista Burial Park, 5 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, Texas, 78521.
