Magdalena, a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose life was a beautiful example of love, kindness, and dedication to family.
Magdalena's greatest joy in life was her family. She cherished every moment spent with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, creating a home filled with warmth, laughter, and unconditional love. Her nurturing spirit and gentle guidance left a lasting impact on all who had the privilege of knowing her.
She was a woman of many talents and enjoyed spending her time sewing, crocheting, and creating beautiful cross-stitch pieces that reflected her patience, creativity, and attention to detail. She also loved working on puzzles, tending to her garden, and finding joy in the simple pleasures of life. Whether caring for her flowers, completing a cherished project, or sharing stories with loved ones, Magdalena brought beauty and comfort to those around her.
Her legacy of love, strength, and devotion will continue to live on through her family and the countless memories she leaves behind. Though she will be deeply missed, her spirit will remain forever in the hearts of those who loved her.
She is survived by her children, Dorelia Castaneda; Jesus Munoz Jr. (Laura); Maria Elena Munoz; and Maria Isabel Gonzalez (Jaime); and by her sister, Rafaela Mireles. She also leaves behind 8 grandchildren, 5 Great-grandchildren, 3 sister in law and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Paola Islas Ramos; her father, Enemencio Ramos; and her brothers, Encarnacion Ramos, Pablo Ramos, and Eusebio Ramos.
Visitation will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista, Chapel Of Angel, 125 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, TX 78521, US, on June 4, 2026, from 3:30 pm to 8:00 pm with a Rosary at 7:00 pm.
