Manuela Valencia Diaz, age 78, of Mission, Texas passed away on Sunday, May 23, 2021. Manuela was born May 25, 1942 to Maria N. Valencia and Jose Maria Valencia †.

She was a lovely caring lady. She enjoyed getting together with her family and having cookouts. She loved word searches, plants, novelas, movies, music, and playing lottery tickets.

Manuela is survived by husband Jesus G. Diaz; son Martin Valencia (Rocio Moreno); son Billy Lee Taylor (Francisca Hernandez); daughter Elida Rea Taylor (Gilberto Perez); daughter Elizabeth Taylor (Fernando Reyes); and daughter Erika Taylor (Dustin Stockwell).

Manuela was preceded in death by her deceased husband Bill Lee Taylor; father Jose Maria Valencia † and mother Maria N. Valencia.

Manuela is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 31 great grandchildren.

A visitation for Manuela will be held Tuesday, June 1, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 8:30 PM with a Chapel Service at 6:30 PM and Prayer Service at 7:30 PM in Chapel of Angels at Funeraria del Angel Buena Vista, 125 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, Texas 78521.
