Marcela Flores

Marcela was a kind and very loved individual. She always lived her life on her own terms. She was a very independent person. Never beat around the bush, she said things as they were, straight forward.

Marcela is survived by her daughter Criselda Galan; her sisters Julia Mendoza (Doroteo), and Justina Elizondo (Bernabe †) Her brothers Eliseo Flores (Amparo) and Maximino Flores (Elvira †); her granddaughters Cindy Lou Longoria, and Ginger Nicole Longoria (Isaias Padilla). Her great grandson Leo Alexander Ramirez.

Marcela was preceded in death by her father Candelario Flores and her mother Ramona Flores †. Her brothers Isidoro Flores † (Viola †), Alberto Flores † (Josefina), Julian Flores † (Berta †), Genaro Flores † (Angela) and Federico Flores † (Maria Elena).

She was also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

A visitation for Marcela will be held Monday, September 26, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel Buena Vista, 125 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, Texas 78521. A chapel service will occur Tuesday, September 27, 2022 at 12:00 PM, 125 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, Texas 78521. A burial will occur Tuesday, September 27, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Buena Vista Burial Park, 5 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, Texas 78521.

Serving as pallbearers are Eliseo Flores, Jaime Mendoza, Fernando Flores, Isaias Padilla, Kevin Longoria and Robert Ramirez Jr..
