How fortunate I was and am to have had the opportunity to thank my mom for everything she did for me and the love she gave me two hours before her transition. As we worshiped and thank god in prayer and in song, we held each other and she lifted her arms to the sky and thanked him full-hearted. She rested her head on my shoulder and here final words where In Jesus name That was the morning he became so real and my everything. He took my sorrow and gave me joy. There are no words to describe a smile of a mother of the happiness they are experiencing just like the smile upon her face as I laid her down, that glow as she appeared to me younger before my eyes.....what a gift to be in the presences of the lord.

As you know Sonia is going to go and  see you. She called today to let me know, she asked if there was anything I would like to say to you, for a moment I was stun. I haven't cried yet mom, but when she said that I broke. but only for a few moments, I had to hang up and think, my tears overflowed with emotions, and yes there is something I would like to say Mom, I miss you and I love you with all my heart, and although I can't be with you I know you understand you always have, you always understand. Keep on eye on my sister as she travels to see you and I am asking the lord Jesus to keep here safe and sound. I leaning mom how  important family is, I am learning. love you always. I know your watching, and your here with me, but we will be together someday, Someday.

Forever In my Heart

Its Saturday night and I am here reflecting on the three years gone by, Its hard to imagine how the time just fly's. So many Things have happened since you gone home, but there is not a day I don't think about you. As I travel back and forth I think about you mom, my sister Lala and my Dad. I try to fill my life with graduated of all the thing you shown me, and the things that we been through. I am grateful mom, I am grateful. I am sorry I can not be by your side again this year, But I know that you understand and I know that you will be by my side on 10/15, that special day when the Lord came held you and took you away not from me, but to a better place. A place of peace and love. The bible tells us that your in his presence of grace. I know that's true mom, because of that look, that look upon your face. You were absolutely beautiful, so radiant and young. I miss you mom, but knowing your with him (the Lord Jesus) I am content and happy. I love you with all of my heart forever and ever....

You are still my morning sun,
as I lay my head to sleep,as you watch me through the night, I know your with me,  as I feel the coolness of the morning dew, I smile... and when I see the morning sun, I smile...... thanks mom, thank you for being there.... your still my morning sun.

Year after Year,
Year after Year we would celebrate this Day together
Year after year we would stay up late and welcome in the New Year.
We start our day planning, what we need for tonight’s dinner, who was coming and what’s for lunch?
The phone would ring as you spoke to the sister, and then you would call my brother to wish him a happy birthday!
Don’t worry I will call him…….. To wish him the best
I would run to work and you would say hurry home I need a few things.
Later, the family would gather and we all would eat, some late but never the less we would be together,
You would watch” Don Francisco”! his program , as he welcomed  in the New Year around the world,  each culture was different  as they  would celebrate in their own way, but there is one thing we all share in common, cheering every family and friend, best wish for the incoming year.
There would be singing, dancing and the big count down. Plenty of food, good laughter…… Blasted off by fire works, champaine and beer!!
As we reached the mid night hour, and our count down would begin, when we would reach the last number “ONE” , we would shout “Happy New Year”, we all would Hug, Kiss and wish every one best from the oldest to the youngest, but what I had that was special,  I was always the first! To hug you, kiss you and hold you, Mom, I was the first to wish you a happy New Year!
Tonight is a just  bit different mom, just a bit……….
“Oh” I will still count down tonight, even thought I may be alone, I know I will be first to wish you, a Happy New Year. In my heart I will give you a big kiss and hug just for you,
I know you will be with me, my dad and Jesus Christ, I know you all will wish me a “Happy New Year”.
 Far from above our cries will be heard, as you travel around the world wishing every one a happy new year.

Mom’s Snow,

In September, you asked if it was snowing out side, 
I said no mom, its not snowing……
As we traveled home I looked out side my window, we were flying through and above the clouds,
I could recall you asking me, is it snowing outside?
It was beuatuful; you could cut the clouds with a knife,
 As I looked down through the window, I thought, wow!  Was this what you were talking about?  It seem so peaceful,
 as I watched another carrier go right under  us , it left a trail  , I saw nothing but a bottomless blanket of what looked like snow, and above I could see the ray of sunlight as it shined upward to the sky,
So peaceful, so surreal…
The thought of eternity….. 
As the plane was descending, I gazed out again, and the clouds that seemed like mountains of snow, were know mists of fog speeding across my window, I could remmember you telling me how beautiful it was up here…
When I asked you mom where, you said up here, up here, up here in Heaven.
If this is just a glimpse of what you saw mom, then you where so right, it is beautiful up here
And the snow it’s so bright, white, and as pure as your soul.
Yes, mom it is snowing outside.

Today, it’s been a month,
How time flies, my heart feels like yesterday, just like yesterday…………
You went home, and I feel like your still here,
There is not one person mom, not one
That I don’t tell, of the gift you and Jesus gave me,
To be by your side, to pray with you, sing with you and to praise him with you.
To invite Jesus into our lives our hearts, we proclaimed him, thanked him and he won our battle, “in the Name of Jesus Christ”. 
Our last battle was won mom, yes our last battle was won “in the name of Jesus Christ”.
I could hear you clinging to his name, I could hear you thanking him, as you ushered your last word with such great faith “in the name of Jesus Christ”
As your battle was won, you laid your head on my chest and surrender all to him,
 I held you and we prayed for peace and compfort and he did just that.  
I sang to you “For surely the presence of the lord is in this place, and he was.
You exhaled, as he gave you peace,  took your sorrows and pain away, you fell asleep.
For surely he was in this place, I was amazed by the glow, the stillness and calm, the beauty, the radiance of his love and grace upon your face.   
All I can say is Thank you, thank you Jesus, thank you.
It been a month, how can I be sad, with this gift that you and he gave me, how can I be sad? I have been blessed.
Thank you, thank you for the opportunity, thank you.

IM SORRY TO HEAR ABOUT YOUR LOSS.  I KNOW HOW MUCH YOU LOVED YOUR MOTHER AND I AM SURE SHE WILL BE WATCHING OVER YOU NOW LIKE YOU WATCHED OVER HER ALL THESE YEARS.  YOUR A VERY GOOD PERSON AND I WISH YOU THE BEST.  TALKSEE  YOU VERY SOON.
