Maria De Jesus, Duque, Ibarra (Doña Mari) 91 born June 7,1929, in San Luis Potosi, Mexico entered into eternal rest September 7, 2020. She was a life-long resident of Brownsville, Texas. She is preceded in death by her father Genaro C. Duque, mother Alejandra Maldonado Duque, husband Hugo Ibarra, and grandson Hugo Tudon. She is survived by her brother Emigdio Duque of Mante, Tamaulipas, Mexico, her children Antonio Ibarra of Brownsville, Texas, Yolanda Garza of Corpus Christi, Texas, Alejandra Ibarra of Los Fresnos, Texas, Maria Luisa Tak of Houston, Texas, her eleven grandchildren, and thirteen great-grandchildren. Due to COVID-19, there will be a private funeral service for family members only.
