

Mariano was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He will be greatly missed by his family, friends and co-workers.
He is preceded in death by his father, Jose Mejia; mother, Elodia Najera De Mejia, and sisters, Obdulia Mejia and Delfina Aviles.
Mr. Mejia is survived by his loving wife, Dora Maria Mejia; son, Mariano (Graciela Rubio) Mejia, Jr.; daughter, Estella (Eleazar Gonzalez) Mejia; grandchildren, Mariano Mejia III, Jimena Paola Mejia, Emily Gonzalez, and Eleazar Gonzalez, Jr., and brothers and sisters, Jose A. (Guadalupe Pecina) Mejia, Arnulfo (Juana) Mejia, Juan A. (Vidala) Mejia, Ofelia Mejia, and Maria A. Lara.
Visitation will be held from 11am to 9pm with the recitation of the Rosary at 7:30pm on Friday, November 25, 2011 at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista.
A chapel service will be held at 10am on Saturday, November 26, 2011 at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista with interment to follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
Serving as pallbearers will be Mariano Mejia, Jr., Benito Hernandez III, Ruben Hernandez, Arnulfo Mejia, Juan Alberto Mejia, and Eleazar Gonzalez. Honorary pallbearers will be Jose Angel Mejia and Luis Carlos Reyna.
