Marilynn Garza, 28, passed away on September 6, 2026. Born on September 5, 1998, Marilynn was a resident of Brownsville, Texas. She will be remembered with deep respect and enduring love for the devotion she gave to those closest to her, especially in the care and guidance she provided as a mother.
Marilynn was, above all, the best mother to Alex and Ariadne. Her life reflected a steady commitment to her children, and her memory will remain a lasting presence in their hearts and in the lives of all who knew and loved her.
Marilynn is survived by her son, Alejandro Garza; her daughter, Ariadne Garza; her mother, Tania Garza; her father, Ricardo Garza; her brothers, Daid Garza and Aron Ledezma; and her sister, Carely Garza.
She was preceded in death by her uncle, Jesus Mauricio Juarez †, and her great-grandfather, Angel Mariscal †.
Visitation will be held at Funeraria del Angel Buena Vista, 125 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, Texas 78521, on September 15, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm. A Prayer Service will be held there on September 15, 2026, at 7:00 pm, and again on September 16, 2026, at 12:00 pm.
Burial will take place at Buena Vista Burial Park, 5 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, Texas 78521, on September 16, 2026, at 1:00 pm.
