

Maxine was a loving Mother, Grandmother, Sister and Aunt. She enjoyed cooking, baking, arts and crafts and spending time with her family. She was a person who was always there for her family and friends and will be missed dearly by all.
She is preceded in death by her grandfather, Norberto De La Rosa Jr., her grandmother, Elida T. De La Rosa, Her grandfather, Manuel Murua and her Twin boys Manuel and Norberto Murua.
Maxine Murua Garcia is survived by her companion, Alejandro Carrejo; parents, Mario Manuel Murua and Esther De La Rosa Murua; paternal grandmother, Francisca Murua ;daughter, Maxine Ann Garcia ( Samuel Aguirre) ;son, Elias Garcia Jr. (Danielle Robertson) ;son, Andrew Garcia (Edna Garcia) ;daughter, Alexis Carrejo;brother, Mario Manuel Murua Jr. ; sister, Michele Murua Gutierrez (Carlos Gutierrez); sister Esther Murua Masso (Rick Masso). 9 Grandchildren; numerous loving nephews and nieces.
Visitation will be held Thursday, August 20, 2015 from 11:00a.m. to 9:00p.m. with a Rosary at 7:00p.m. at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista. Mass will be held at St. Luke’s Catholic Church (2800 Rockwell) at 10:00a.m. and as per her wishes a cremation will follow.
Serving honorably as pallbearers will be, Elias Garcia Jr., Andrew Garcia, Mario Murua Sr., Mario Murua Jr., Erica Murua, Rick Masso, Samuel Aguirre, Mario Murua IV and David Lona.
