Miguel Reyes

He was a hardworking man who loved his God, church and family. He was a member of Good Shepherd Catholic Church.

He is preceded in death by his father, Miguel Reyes, Sr. and his mother, Nazaria Medrano Reyes.

Survived by his wife of 51 years, Andrea Urbano Reyes, sons; Rick Reyes (Noelia), Oscar Reyes (Colleen), and Rene Reyes. Daughters; Becky Reyes (Steve Mollerberg), and Cecilia Reyes Ojeda (Tony). He is also survived by four grandchildren; Amanda, Michael, Sarah, and Nicholas as well as his two sisters, Gloria R. Garcia (Eugenio) and Martina R. Lopez (Rosario) and many nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends.

A visitation with friends and family will be held at Sparkman Funeral Home on Sunday, April 22, 2012 from 6:00 - 8:00 pm. The Rosary will be prayed by Father Mike Jiesser at 7:00 pm.

The family will receive visitors at Buena Vista Funeral Home in Brownsville, TX on Tuesday, April 24 from 6:00pm - 9:00 pm with a holy rosary at 7pm Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, April 25 at 10:00 am at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Brownsville, TX.

Military honors, will be provided by VFW, immediately after mass.
