Natividad G. Perez

Natividad G. Perez, 85, entered into her eternal rest on April 22, 2017, at her residence, while surrounded by her loving family. She is preceded in death by her parents Margarita Arias Guerra and Jose Isabel Guerra and her husband, Jose Perez Jr. Born in Goliad, TX., Natividad was a long time resident of Brownsville, TX., and long time member of the Good Shepard Catholic Church. She was a loving wife, mother, aunt, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. She lived for her children and grandchildren and adored her great-grandchildren. As an avid gardener, she continuously grew beautiful flowers. The blooms of her life will forever live on. She is survived by her 7 children: Josefita (Carlos) Andrade, George (Susana) Perez, Diana (+Juan) Gutierrez, Jose (Blanca) Perez III, Richard (Sonya) Perez, Yolanda (Arturo) Rodriguez, Lorena (Pablo) Garza, 15 grand children and 27 great-grand children. Visitation will be held Wednesday, April 26, 2017, from 3 to 7 pm with a rosary prayer service starting at 7 pm, at Del Angel Funeral Home chapel, located at 125 McDavitt Blvd., Brownsville, TX. 78521. Funeral mass will be held Thursday, April 27, 2017, at 10 am, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, located at 1200 E. Lincoln Street, Brownsville, TX. 78521. Interment immediately after the funeral mass will be held at Buena Vista Memorial Park.
