

The Pearly gates were opened and trumpets resounded as Noe Ruiz was welcomed into heaven on Saturday, July 30th . His beloved Laura ran to hug him and lead him to their eternal home.
Noe was one of seven sons born to Gregorio Ruiz and Amelia Aramburu on December 19, 1939. His final rest stop was Sunshine Haven in Olmito.
Noe was a proud Golden Eagle graduating from the BHS Class of 1960. His classmates looked to him for leadership as he enjoyed planning class reunions.
He served in the US Air Force and toured in Europe and Africa.
Noe received a BA degree in Criminal Justice from UT Pan AM. He was employed by Union Carbide and Cameron Country Adult Probation Office. After retirement he and Laura traveled extensively and kept up with all the activities of their eight grandchildren.
Noe was a member of the Alhambra’s, Carbide Retired Employees, Mr. & Mrs. Club (with Laura), numerous bunco and poker clubs, and The Brotherhood of Faith.
Noe was a member of St. Luke’s Catholic Church. His faith in God, love of friends, compassion for those with less, and commitment to family were evident in his involvement in any project.
Noe was preceded in death by his beloved wife: Laura, his parents and his two brothers: Guadalupe and Gregorio Ruiz.
Left here to celebrate his life are son: Karlo & daughter-in-law: Sandra with their children: Christian, Erik, Nicholas and Kathryn; daughter: Vianey & husband: Kevin Reinhardt and their children: Justin, Brooke, Grace and Kelsie. His brothers: Ismael, Eliseo, Pablo, Rene and Praxedis Ruiz and his extended family Pippo and Yolanda Angillela.
Services for Noe will be held on Wednesday, August 3, 2016 from 11am to 9pm with a Rosary at 7pm at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista.
Mass will take place on Thursday, August 4, 2016 at 10am at St. Luke Catholic Church, followed by Cremation.
Honoring Noe as pallbearers will be: Ismael, Eliseo, Pablo, Rene and Praxedis Ruiz.
