

Noe was born on January 30, 1932 in Corpus Christi, TX. to Constancia Morales and Ernesto Salinas. He graduated from Saint Joseph Academy and he then served in the U.S. Army, in the Korean War from 1952-1954. He married Raquel C. Salinas on April 10, 1955. Noe was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather and will be dearly missed by all his family.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Ernesto Salinas and Constancia Morales.
Mr. Salinas left behind to cherish his memory his loving wife of 57 years, Mrs. Raquel C. Salinas; son, CSM. Noe R. (Melba M.) Salinas; daughters, Cynthia R. (Richard Jr.) Harris and Gina Y (David) Anaya; grandchildren, Jullia M., Joshua R. Salinas, Richard F. III, Madison J. Harris, David E. and Justin A. Anaya; one great-grandchild, Connor R. Salinas.
Visitation will be held from 9am to 9pm with a recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7pm Wednesday, October 12, 2011 at Funeraria del Angel Buena Vista.
Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 2pm at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic church Thursday, October 13, 2011. Committal service will follow at Buena Vista Burial Park.
Full Military Honors will be conducted by The American Legion Post 43 Veterans Honor Guard.
Serving as pallbearers will be, CSM Noe R. Salinas, Richard F. Harris Jr., David Anaya, Joshua R. Salinas, Richard F. Harris III, David E. Anaya, Ernesto Leal and Miguel Leal.
