Olga was born on August 22nd 1935 in Brownsville Texas and went to be with the Lord on April 15th 2018. She was a devoted wife of 54 years, a loving mother to three boys and a lively grandmother to seven grandchildren. She always looked for the good in people and never met a stranger she couldn’t talk to, especially about God and faith. The church choir and playing the piano were her favorite hobbies but her true passion was singing. She had a beautiful voice and was frequently asked to sing at special occasions. Olga was a devoted employee working for over 30 years at Bob Sales Insurance Agency. She loved being a mother and never missed an opportunity of seeing her sons play sports, play in the band or just spend time with them. She often quoted scripture for lifting our spirits by saying “You can do all things thru Christ who strengthens you!” She will be dearly missed by her family and loved ones. She is Preceded in Death by her Father Silverio Hernandez, Mother Basilia Sanchez Hernandez, Brothers Raul, Roberto, Silverio & Tomas Hernandez. She is Survived by: Husband: Moises V. Guerrero Jr. - Sons: Joel & Melinda Guerrero, Samuel Guerrero & Benjamin & Maribel Guerrero - Grandchildren: Jacob Anthony, Lauren Elizabeth, Hailey Elise, Thomas Anthony, Nathan Daniel, Sofia Maribel & Andrea Isabel Guerrero.
Pallbearers: Joel, Samuel, Benjamin, Jacob, Thomas & Nathan Guerrero. Visitation will take place at Del Angel Funeral Home from 4-9pm with a service at 7pm on Wednesday, April 18th, 2018. Church service at 1001 FM 802 in Brownsville, Texas, Thursday, April 19th, 2018 at 10am. Burial will proceed after church services at Buena Vista Cemetery. In lieu of Flowers, donations can be made to Emmanuel Church.
