Rafael Sandoval

Rafael Sandoval passed away at 82 on July 23, 2022, peacefully at his home, leaving behind his loving wife Celia Sandoval married for 61 years and his three children, Beanira Leal, Husband Angel Leal, Ricardo Rafael Sandoval, wife Janie Sandoval, and Ana Burguete, Husband Jesse Burguete; along with his five grandchildren Chris Leal, Derik Jay Leal, Rafael Sandoval II, Ashley Ann Burguete, and Brandon Alexander Burguete.

Rafael Sandoval will always be remembered as a man that would give more than was needed and asked for nothing in return, he was a loving and caring husband, father and friendly to all, his faith was his rock and encouraged others to follow not by words but by example; he was an inspiration to all that knew him; may he rest in peace.

A visitation for Rafael will be held Tuesday, July 26, 2022 from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Funeraria del Angel Rose Lawn. A Mass will occur Wednesday, July 27, 2022 at 2:00 PM at St. Luke Catholic Church located at 2800 Rockwell Dr., Brownsville, Texas followed by a burial at 3:00 PM at Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery located at 4464 Old Port Isabel Rd, Brownsville, TX., 78526.
