Bob lived in Brownsville for over 50 years and owned a franchise with Baskin Robins ice cream. He operated the business for many years in different malls in the Rio Grande Valley. He worked and devoted a lot of his time and energy to community service. Among some duties was being the Chaplin to the Cameron County Court. Bob also served as a director and president of a helps ministry Teen Center. The Bob Clark Community Center was named after him. It was his living dream to help feed and clothe low income families.
What a loving great grandfather and grandfather he was.
A visitation for Robert will be held Sunday, January 2, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a Prayer Service at 7 PM in Chapel of Angels at Funeraria del Angel Buena Vista, 125 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, Texas 78521. A chapel service will be held Monday, January 3, 2022 at 10:00 AM in Chapel of Angels, 125 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, Texas 78521. Followed by a burial at Buena Vista Burial Park, 5 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, Texas 78521.
