Rolando Arturo Vizcarra, lovingly known as Roli, was born on July 25, 1999, in Brownsville, Texas. He was a kind, joyful soul whose laughter, warmth, and humor brought light to everyone around him. Always joking and smiling, Roli had a heart full of love and was especially devoted to his precious daughter, Eva Hernandez Vizcarra.

Roli was a beloved son to Rolando Vizcarra and Janet Atkinson, and stepson to Petronila Arvizo Vizcarra.

He was a proud grandson to Aida Olmos Vizcarra and Arturo Vizcarra Sr., as well as Lupita and Pablo Atkinson.

A cherished brother to Pablo Morales, Erik Vizcarra, Xitlalis Vizcarra, Orlando Vizcarra, and America Vera.

He was a loving nephew to:

Alfredo Jr. and Abigail Vallejo, Abram and Jazmin Compian, Nancy and Alejandro Chavez Atkinson, Arturo Vizcarra Jr., Carolina Vizcarra, and Rosy Vizcarra.

Roli was also a treasured cousin to Andrew Vallejo, Alexa Compian, Evelyn Vallejo, Jose Compian, Carlos Compian, Sophia Vallejo, and Natalia Compian.

He will always be remembered for his bright spirit, his love for family, and the way he made everyone laugh. Though his time with us was far too short, his memory will live on forever in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

A Prayer for Roli:

"Heavenly Father,

We come to You with heavy hearts, grieving the loss of our beloved Rolando. We thank You for the gift of his life—the joy he brought, the love he gave, and the laughter he shared. We trust that he is now in Your eternal embrace, free from pain and sorrow.

Wrap Your arms around his daughter, Eva Hernandez Vizcarra, and his entire family. Give them strength when they feel weak, peace when their hearts ache, and hope in the promise that they will see Roli again one day.

May his soul rest in Your everlasting peace, and may we carry his light with us always.
