Sergio is survived by his loving wife, Guadalupe Suarez de Garcia; six sons, Sergio, Jose Israel, Victor, Carlos, Abelardo, and Gustavo Garcia-Suarez; 15 grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, November 26, 2014 from 12:00p.m. to 9:00p.m. with a Prayer Service to be conducted at 8:00p.m., and will continue Thursday, November 27, 2014 from 8:00a.m. to 9:00p.m. at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista.
Chapel Service will be held Friday, November 28, 2014 at 10:00a.m. at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista, followed by entombment at Buena Vista Mausoleum.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Gedeones Internacional in the chapel.
