Virginia Infante Vasquez, entered into rest on May 9, 2018 in Brownsville, TX. Virginia graduated from Brownsville High School in 1958 and attended Texas Southmost College and Pan American University. She had a career of many years of teaching with B.I.S.D. Virginia will be remembered for the wonderful woman she was. She will be forever missed and will be remembered by all who made her acquaintance. Virginia was involved in many civil activities and had many friends; she generously donated her time and talent. Virginia was an extraordinary wife, mother and grandmother who will be dearly missed. Virginia is preceded in death by her father Trinidad Infante, mother Francisca N. Infante and son Carlos Solis Jr.
Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband Ubaldo Vasquez, children Ricky Solis (Janie), Sandy (Raul) Gonzalez, step-daughter Martha Vasquez, grandchildren Rudi Janelle Solis, Richard Jacob Solis, Kassandra Kari Gonzalez, Raul Humberto Gonzalez Jr. and Sebastian Aaron Gonzalez. She is the eldest of 4 siblings, Trinidad Infante Jr. (Gloria), Salvador Infante (Judy) and Maria Elena Infante. Virginia is also remembered by her first husband, Carlos Solis.
Visitation to honor her memory will be held from 12pm to 9pm with a rosary at 7pm on Saturday, May 12, 2018 at Funeraria del Angel Buena Vista 125 McDavitt Blvd. 956-541-5400, Services to conclude after visitation.
