If there was something that needed fixing, Bill was the first person anyone turned to. He was always willing to help others. A man of many talents and unwavering work ethic. Bill was known as a "man of all trades". Over the years, his expertise spanned countless fields from carpentry to electrical work, plumbing to landscaping.
William is survived by his wife: Bonnie Salazar; his sisters: Donna Tice (Bruce), Nettie Woodard and Cindy Hughes (Howard); his stepchildren: Jason Salazar, Jolene Macias (Tony) and JoAnna Cadriel (Mike).
William was preceded in death by his parents: William Seale and Vera Starr †.
A private family moment was held followed by cremation, as were his wishes.
