With deep love and sorrow, we announce the passing of Yasuro Tachibana, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and dear friend whose warmth, creativity, and passion for life touched everyone around him.
Yasuro lived life with fortitude and purpose. He found happiness on the golf course, where he enjoyed peaceful moments and lasting friendships. A talented painter, he expressed his creativity through art that reflected his thoughtful and vibrant spirit. Known as a true fashionista, Yasuro carried himself with timeless style and confidence that made him unforgettable. He was also a gourmet chef who lovingly brought family and friends together through his extraordinary cooking and appreciation for fine food and wine.
Above all, Yasuro cherished his family. He was a devoted husband, a loving father, and a proud grandfather who treasured every moment spent with those he loved most. His wisdom, strength, ambition, and unflinching commitment and love for his family created memories that will forever remain in the lives of everyone he met.
Though his absence leaves an immeasurable void, his legacy of love, creativity, and undeniably powerful presence will continue to inspire all who knew him.
He is survived by his wife, Hisako Tachibana; his son, Yasutaka Tachibana; his daughter, Sumie Tachibana-Chatterson; his son-in-law, Rob Chatterson; and his granddaughter, Fiona Tachibana-Chatterson.
A viewing will be held on May 26, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista, 125 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, TX 78521.
