

Alfonse Lee Provazek, 67, died January 29, 2015 at Scott & White Hospital in College Station. The family will receive friends from 5:30 to 7:00 PM, Sunday, February 1, 2015 at Memorial Funeral Chapel in Bryan. A Rosary will be recited at 7:00 in the funeral home chapel. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:00 AM, Monday, February 2, 2015 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Bryan, with Rev. Msgr. John McCaffrey as Celebrant. Interment will follow at The New Tabor Cemetery.
Lee was born January 24, 1948 in Bryan, the son of Alfonse A. and Ella (Paul) Provazek. He was a press operator at Moore Business Forms for 22 years and continued his career at Texas A&M University until his retirement. Lee enjoyed hunting, fishing and woodworking but was happiest just spending time with his family and friends. He was also a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.
Survivors include his wife, Veronica (Sikorski) Provazek; a daughter, Wendy Provazek; his mother, Ella Provazek; two brothers, David Provazek & his wife, Barbara, Tim Provazek & his wife, Amanda; a sister, Debbie Hamilton & her husband, Earl; two brothers-in-law, David Sikorski, William Sikorski & his wife, Sharon; and numerous nieces and nephews.
