Anita was born September 24, 1957 in Lubbock the daughter of Frank Sr. and Edna (Gonzales) Becerra. She loved a good cup of coffee every morning to get the day started. She enjoyed volunteering for any and all senior citizens groups.
Anita is preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Edward "Eddie" Munoz; and daughter, Stephanie Munoz.
She is survived by her husband, Israel Villarreal; brothers and sisters, Frank Becerra Jr., Lupita Rios, Victor Becerra, Joe Becerra, Danny Becerra and Michelle Valdez; grandchildren, Katie McCollum, Myriah Nunez and her fiance' Esteban Ramirez, Sierra Raney, Matthew Nunez and his fiance' Kristin Griffin; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Celebration of Life service will be 11:00 am Friday, November 7 at Memorial Funeral Chapel in Bryan. Inurnment will follow at Bryan City Cemetery.
The Miami Dolphins was Anita's favorite team, the family ask that their colors to be worn the day of service.
