Billy Mac Miller, 76, passed away Wednesday, February 6 at his daughter’s home in Grimes County.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 12 at Memorial Funeral Chapel in Bryan. Interment will follow at New Church Cemetery in Edge. Visitation will be from 6 - 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Billy was born June 24, 1942 in Anderson, Texas the son of Lucille Miller. He proudly served our country in the U.S. Army. Billy was the owner and operator of Billy Miller Bull Dozier in Wellborn where he resided and raised his family for 44 years. He was a long time member of Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church. Billy had countless friends and made many new ones, because he never met a stranger.

Billy is preceded in death by his grandparents, Lewis and Hanna Miller; mother, Lucille Miller; and his uncle, Alfred Miller.

He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Barbara Elaine Miller; daughters, Allison Miller-Smith and husband Mike, Laurie Ann Watson and fiancé Gary Armstong; son, Wayland Craig Miller and wife MaryLou; grandchildren, Madalynn, Shawna and William and his wife Brandy; great-grandchildren, Emalynn, Carson, Jaden, Contance, Kason and Samantha; and cousin, Alesia Gail Miller.

Playing dominoes or just dancing in the kitchen, the fun was wherever he was. The only pregnancy photo I took was dancing around the kitchen with Billy.
