Christine Helen "Teny" Kindt

Christine “Teny” Helen Kindt, 85, of Bryan went to be with her Lord on December 20, 2020. Teny was born August 12, 1935 in Bryan, Texas to Anton and Virgie Sikorski. She was a graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacodgoches. She married the love of her life William “Buck” Walter Kindt on September 22, 1956 and spent 64 wonderful years together. She loved and adored her family, she spent her years as a homemaker that later led to her 35 plus years as a CPA with H&R Block. She was loved by many, often times people from all over the area came to her at tax time. Teny enjoyed life to the fullest, she loved taking weekend trips with the girls to the casinos along with shopping and going out to eat with friends and family. She was “momma” and “Granny” to everyone who knew her.

Teny is survived by her husband of 64 years, Buck; one son William “Buddy” Wayne Kindt; three beautiful grandchildren who were the joy of her life, Anthony Albert, Douglas Wayne, Brittanie Ivonne and husband Kyle. Three great-grandchildren with a fourth expected in late April. Teny is preceded in death by her mother and father; two sisters Dorothy Berry and Barbara Sikorski; three brothers, Edward Sikorski, Raymond Sikorski and Anton Sikorski Jr.

Teny will be missed by so many in our community, her family thanks you for your prayers and condolences. Services are entrusted to Memorial Funeral Chapel in Bryan.
