Graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, December 17, 2022 at Bryan City Cemetery.
Eddie Ruth was born November 3, 1928 in Waco the daughter of Edward and Mary (Webb) Vahrenkamp. She was a co-founder of the Brazos Valley Rehabilitation Center in Bryan and the owner of La Selva Orchids & Nursery in College Station.
Eddie Ruth is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Danville; two sons, Douglas and David; son-in-law, Bart Humphreys; and a special granddaughter, Emily Ruth.
She is survived by her four children, Danville and Diana Chadbourne, Ava Humphreys, Amy and Fred Rapczyk, and Ann Soto; six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to a charity of choice.
