June Lynn Rouse

June Lynn Teague Rouse, 69, of Bryan, passed away Wednesday April 10, 2013 at her home in after a long battle with cancer. Graveside Services are scheduled for 10 A.M. Saturday April 13, 2013 at the Goodson Family Cemetery, 6673 Goodson Bend Road, Bryan, TX 77807 in Brazos County.

June was born March 14, 1944 in Austin, Texas to June Elizabeth Cook and Leonard Earl “Jack” Teague. She was a homemaker, a PTA President, a Girl Scout Leader, and a Cub Scout Leader. She enjoyed spending time with friends and family. She also loved playing tennis with her friends. She was member of the Grace Episcopal Church in Georgetown, Texas.

She is survived by two daughters, Michelle Rouse Newman and her husband James of Giddings, TX and Melissa Rouse Mager of Georgetown, TX; five grandchildren, Skyler, Jazmin, Trenton, and Addison Newman, and Clint Mager; two sisters, Jan Eaton, and Jean Marie Smyre and her husband Bill; two brothers, John Henry Teague, and Jason Teague and his wife Mary; and numerous other family and friends. June is preceded in death by her parents, and a son, Clinton David Rouse.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or to a Charity of Choice.
