Lloyd K. Randel

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday, June 22, 2022 at Memorial Funeral Chapel in Bryan. Interment will follow at New Church Cemetery in Edge. Visitation will be one hour prior to service time.

Lloyd was born January 12, 1923 in Burlingame, KS. The son of Hiram and Alma Randel. He proudly served our country in the U.S. Army during WWII. Lloyd was a member of the Central Church of Christ in Bryan, the Rosenberg Masonic Lodge No. 881, and Alzafar Shrine in San Antonio where he served as past-president of Alzafar Shrad in 1973. He retired from Civil Service in 1983. Lloyd enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Lloyd is preceded in death his parents; and his wife Emily Randel.

He is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Steve and Linda Randel of Devine, and Gaylord and Eva Randel of Richmond; grandchildren, Lloyd Randel and wife Allyson, Kelly Randel O’Brian, Tracy Randel and Scott Randel; great-grandchildren, Bryce O’Brian, Megan O’Brian, Nicholas Bosquez, Nicole Bosquez, Natalia Bosquez, Christian Randel, Renae Randel and Emily Randel; and great-great-grandson, Colson Uberroth.
