

Phill was born in Bryan, Texas on January 14, 1950 he was the youngest child of seven to parents Crit and Oralee (Strickland) Nash. Phill graduated from A&M Consolidated High School in 1968 and attended former Allen Academy Jr College now Blinn College. Phill worked in Construction Field and also the Physical Plant Paint Shop at Texas A&M.
Phill was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church where he was baptized in 1969. On January 17, 1970 Phill married his high school sweetheart at the time of his death they had been married 52 years to quote Phill “It was a hell of a ride”.
Phill and Pat were blessed with two children and three grandchildren who were his greatest joy. Phill Loved their laughter and enjoyed all their accomplishments. They held a special place in his heart and he was so proud of them.
Phill is preceded in death by his parents Crit and Oralee (Strickland) Nash, his brothers Donald, Earl and Robert Nash.
Phill is survived by his wife of 52 years Patricia (Pat) Krueger Nash his son Kevin Nash and (Amanda), Daughter Kelly Nash and Craig Hohlt, Grandchildren Seth Thomas and (Kathryn), Tristan Thompson and Hattie Nash.
Also surviving Phill is his sister Lois Grey (Richard) and brothers Crit Nash Jr and Boyd Ray Nash with numerous nieces and nephews. Very special friends Bill and Brenda Putz. Phill considered Bill another brother who was there for him through this long journey. He would not have made it without you.
The family would like to thank Care Access Hospice for caring for Phill especially Mark Brewer, Melinda Polk and Devena Maxey. You all gave him so much love and laughter he always looked forward to their time with him.
Also thank you to Tara and Latonya for their special care, and to Brian and William who gave him peace.
Honoring him as Pallbearers will be Seth Thomas (Grandson) Daniel and Vincent Krueger (nephews) Dwayne Faust, Joshua Putz and Justin Putz. Honorary Pallbearers will be Tristan Thompson, Hattie Nash (granddaughters), Bill Putz and David Morrison (special friends).
A visitation for Phill will be held Thursday, June 9, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Memorial Funeral Chapel, 1515 South College Avenue, Bryan, Texas 77801. A rosary will occur Thursday, June 9, 2022 at 7:00 PM, 1515 South College Avenue, Bryan, Texas 77801. A family mass of christian burial will occur Friday, June 10, 2022 at 11:00 AM at St Joseph Catholic Church, 600 E 26th St, Bryan, Texas 77803. A burial will occur Friday, June 10, 2022 at Mt. Calvary Catholic Cemetery, 2811 Old Kurten Road, Bryan, Texas 77803.
