Thursday, August 29, 2013 at Memorial Funeral Chapel in Bryan. Funeral Services will be at 2 P.M. Friday, August 30, 2013 at the funeral home with Chaplain Gary Roe officiating. Bill was an expert auto mechanic and worked with his dad Tom at their business, Chambers Battery and Electric for many years. He also worked as a salesman at Beal Ford, Dishman Toyota, and in his final 28 years, at Twin City Auto alongside his son, Mickey.

Bill is survived by wife of 61 years, Billie Sue (Todd) Chambers, his two sons, Jerry Chambers, and Mickey Chambers and his wife Candace; his daughter Kellie Ardoin and her husband Ronald; five grandchildren, Hunter Chambers, Dustin Stephens, Collin Stephens and his wife Roni, Will Chambers, and Tori Chambers; one sister, Mary Denman of Waco; and many lifelong friends.

The family would like to express a special thank you to Southern Care Hospice.
