Thanks for everything Professor Joyce. I'll miss our conversations on Facebook. I am glad you enjoyed my recordings and made such wonderful comments toward them. A special place in my heart you will have always! As an educator I can only hope to fill the shoes you leave behind.

Tom is and was a friend of my sister Libby.  I came to know him through her.  He was an great personality.  He was a very intelligent man, but humble and not overbearing.  I could not attend his wake and funeral because of other commitments.  I wish to express my sympathy to the family on behalf of myself and my sister on Tom's death.  We will miss him.  I hope God will sustain you in your loss.

May God take all of our family in his arms and guide us through these sad and difficult times. Can't be there physically today, but I am there among my siblings to bid our final farewell to you, Tommy

will miss you Tom ... your humor and insight were always the one thing that got me through.

Tom was a leader on a retreat at Canisius, so full of life and always full of advice. He will be missed in the Canisius Community. My deepest sympathies go out to his family.

I was saddened to hear of the Tom's death and offer my condolences to his family. I will always remember his performances in the three parts he played in December 1967's "Hamlet" and especially the role of Gravedigger.
