Constance Renee Fleminks

Constance Renee Fleminks, age 78, of Bullhead City, Arizona passed away on Thursday, December 21, 2023. Mother of Justin & Brandon Fleminks & Cerena Cantrell, sister to Joanne O' Toole, Marlene Nelvgin (Husband Ramsey) and Mary Ellen Cavoli. Grandmother to Justin Jr, Karissa, Kendra Fleminks and Haley Vasquez. Considered a grandmother to Karmen Barrios, Damari Lovelace, Trinity James, Martaya Brown , Maurice & Trey Linton. Aunt to Kerri Hartung and Great aunt to Ethan & Olivia Hartung.

Preceded in death by her husband Gerard Fleminks in 2020, Constance was born on September 10, 1944 in Cleveland, Ohio to Congettina & Anthony Cavoli the youngest of four daughters Constance's father Anthony owned a famous restaurant that was second home for her well into her 20's. It formed and interest in the Culinary arts that followed her to Ohio University where she graduated in Food & Health services in 1995. Renee as she came to be known relocated to Los Angeles, California where she was in the restaurant business for many years.

She met her Husband Gerard in California before moving to Bullhead City, Arizona in 1983 to co-manage a newly built hotel known as the Silver Creek Inn with her husband. Management of the INN went in hand- in- hand with the birth of her two sons Justin in 1984 and Brandon in 1986. In 1999 the INN was converted to an assisted living for seniors. Renee and her husband co-managed the senior facility until 2020. When Renee's husband passed away she managed Silver Creek Leisure Living until weeks before her passing. Her devotion to her work and her family were well known in the community and reflected in the yearly state inspection scores. She expected to be the best from her staff and she received it. Renee will be missed by her family, staff and residents of Silver Creek along with all the people she did business with in Bullhead City throughout the years.
