Richard Carlton Howard

Richard was a beloved son and brother. He attended Sutherlin Jr. High and graduated from Sutherlin High School in 2005. He had many interests and especially enjoyed sports. During his school years he played baseball, basketball and football. In his younger years he enjoyed playing with his niece and nephew and they enjoyed his company. He also liked to play video sports games, and loved to sing and play his guitar. Later on, Richard decided not to marry or have children, instead he had many employment experiences. I believe his favorite job was selling Dell computers, which he was very good at. In addition, he enjoyed building and delivering furniture to the customers.

Richard is survived by his father, Richard Howard; mother, Cheryle Howard; sister, Christine Andrews; niece, Morgan; and nephew, Tyler.

In lieu of services please express your sympathy with suggested donations to the Christine Stamper Shelter and the Salvation Army in Bullhead City, Az. Both of which were there for him with needed support.
