Born July 19, 1941, and passed to the Lord God’s heavenly Kingdom on December 7, 2024. Robert (Bob) was born in Poplar Bluff, Missouri and grew up in Dexter then Hannibal Missouri with his two parents (Jack and Ruth Dowdy) and two brothers (Jim and Bill).
The family moved to Hayden, Arizona about 1956. Bob and Frances Married on February 20, 1965, at the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Mammoth Arizona. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Engineering in 1974. He began is career in engineering living in Georgia then Washington State then settling in California. Bob’s first child Rob was born May 27, 1968, and second child, Ron, born July 2, 1969. The family lived in Cypress California for about 20 years then Bob and Frances moved to Orange, California in about 1996. Bob retired from aerospace engineering in 2007. They moved from Orange to Bullhead City, Arizona in March 2024.
