I was so sorry to hear about David's passing. I hadn't been in contact with him for many years, however, I smile when I think about him. He was my slightly younger cousin and he was usually really goofy and funny, hence my smile!
He was a chip right off his dad's 'block', hence my smile, again. I saw that someone commented about his "if sharks couild fly" quote which reminded me of an uncle Artie quote. When riding in the car he would always say, "Look, there's a flying camel!". He really was a 'chip off the block'.

David had a serious side and was a whiz at electronics, just like his dad. One time I assembled a stereo amplifier from a kit and was really upset when it wouldn't work . Of course, I asked David to look at it and poof, like magic, he figured out what i had done wrong...AMAZING!!
Anyway, I have never forgotten those good times growing up together and wish him and his entire family peace.

Dear David,

I will always remember going to your house on a Sunday and laughing because you were being so goofy!  Then one Sunday when I came to your house, we took a drive to a park where we sat and you just talked about life.  It was a totally different side of you that I didn't know existed but was truly amazed by it.  I hope you are at peace now with some of the dearest people you loved and will always love you!

David, I will say that you were one funny dude. I will NEVER forget the classic " IF SHARKS COULD FLY"  that was one of the funniest things anyone could ever say. We all laughed so hard we cried. Rest in peace with your daughter, my step brother.

Sympathy from the Henck family, you were a wonderful neighbor, back in Brentwood, so many fond memories for all of us.
