Frances Sturdivan was 86 when she passed in Burbank, California on August 2, 2013. She was born on September 3, 1926 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa before moving to Denver and then Chicago. In Chicago, she graduated from Providence High School. Eventually she moved to Los Angeles, where she spent the rest of her life.
In 1952, Frances began her employment with United Airlines and remained with them for nearly 40 years.
Very devoted to her church, Frances was an Eucharistic Minister. She loved to travel and did so extensively. She was a generous person with friends and her favorite charities.
Preceding her in death were her mother, Ilene, and her brother, Howard. She is survived by cousins and her friends.
