When Frank passed on Palm Sunday, he was at home with his wife Cecile at his side surrounded by family.
Children; Anthony, John, Donna, granddaughter Brittney
Sister Blanche Tibbitts, Brothers-in-law Lewis Tibbitts, Roger Mercier and Bob McPherson with several nieces & nephews.
Professionally, Frank was a Savings & Loan Executive Vice President. He also worked with Steven Pawluc Realty, performed his own Real Estate Development projects, was a skilled Carpenter, and started his own Private Charter Business “J. A. F. Travelers” after he retired.

City of Burbank Planning Board, Burbank Elks, Roving Antlers, Burbank Exchange Club, Glendale Moose, American Legion, March of Dimes, played/managed countless Burbank and Toluca Lake Softball and Bowling teams. For over 20 years, Frank coached Little League Baseball and Soccer teams.
Frank was a strong, positive, proud man who loved and worked hard for his family. He was a good friend, neighbor and counselor.
When he entered a room, you always knew he was present.
He loved his dogs and played ball with them daily.
Right up to the end, Frank “did it his way” and at his emphatic request, he will be cremated and return home with no public funeral.
