So sad to hear of Garry's passing. Garry and I worked together on Married...With Children . We spent many hours sitting around the production offices cracking jokes or running over to Denny's for their Moons Over My Hammy sandwiches. I always enjoyed his company. My condolences to his wife and child and all of their family and friends.

I still can’t believe the news, it doesn’t feel real to me, I feel like this is a really bad prank, but rather then spending time talking about it I want to just remember all the great things about you. When I first came into the office & met you, there was an instant connection. You reminded me of someone very close to me. I cared about your opinion, I looked at you for guidance, and you never disappointed. Thank you for all your dad jokes, for always giving me great content to post about on Instagram. It’s wild to think that some of my friends used to interact when I posted videos with you like they knew you & would reply “oh Garry” which was totally going to be our trending hashtag. I promise to always think about you every time jimmy grills or cooks us steak. Thank you for all the beautiful memories and for making coming into work a little bit more pleasant. I get sad thinking who’s going to call me kid or Hernandez anymore? I can still play back your voice when you said it with so much enthusiasm. You will seriously be missed but you will never be forgotten old man. Rest in paradise with some of the great dodger players & I’m so freaking happy you got to finally see the Dodgers and Lakers win championships. Thank you for everything Garry Bowren.
My deepest condolences to your family, & thank you once again Tracy & Eliza for sharing him with us for so many years.

Tracy and Eliza,
Just found out about Gary. We are saddened and shocked by this news.!! Just saw him last week and spoke to him on his way back home from walking the dogs. He was such a wonderful person and neighbor. He always had a smile on his face and a kind word to say. Our heart goes out to both you and Eliza. Frank and I both lost a parent at an early age, so we know how difficult this will be. We will pray for you to have strength and peace..... Remember his smile and how he made you laugh, and this will bring some joy to you in your sadness. We will greatly miss seeing our dear neighbor Gary! Our Deepest Sympathy, Frank, Maria & Joey

I can't even express the hurting in my heart right now. To all who knew Garry. We all have something in common. We all lost that one friend we knew would make us smile and that we knew we could trust. I know personally that my life just isn't the same without Garry Bowren in it. I Iove you my brother. Until we meet again.

Garry was by far my favorite boss. I always saw him as a great dad. Someone who loved his family so much that he would do anything for them. Unsurprisingly he was thrilled when he saw a picture of my first daughter for the first time. Since becoming a dad Garry became an inspiration to do the right thing for my family. I never got to tell him that. I never got to tell him he was a mentor to me. I never got to tell him he was a good friend to me. I'm thankful for having Garry in my life. And I am so sad his wonderful family lost him. I'm so sad that we all lost Garry. And I can't wait to see him again some day. Garry was such a wonderful person. Garry and his family are in my prayers.
