Geraldino Smith Quizon unexpectedly left us at the age of 45 yrs old on Sunday, March 4, 2018. He is the son of Gloria Smith and the late Comedian, Rodolfo "Dolphy" Quizon.

Dino, ("the legend" as he would have wanted to be known) fondly called by family, relatives and friends, was born on March 18,1972. He is survived by his mother, Gloria Smith, his siblings, Kit ,Sonny, Edwin and his nephew, Zymone.

Dino studied at Don Bosco Tech. Institute, Malate Catholic School and went to college at Lyceum of the Philippines. He worked as an actor in Manila and appeared in his father’s movies and TV shows. (such as Espadang Patpat, Home along the River, Tataynic and Home along the Riles). He migrated to Burbank, Ca in 2007 and worked at Burbank Airport.

Dino was a huge sports fanatic, a nature and beach lover, 'enjoyed travelling and road trips with his friends and family. He loved watching movies and visiting new hang outs. A free spirited person, adventurous and lived his life to the fullest.

And as he bids his last farewell on earth, we are certain that he will remain with us in the afterlife smiling. We say goodbye to a beloved son, brother, uncle, friend, confidant and lover but most of all, we will remember him as a true, kind and pure-hearted human being.

I met Dino way back 1999, He was a funny guy just like his Papang.
Full of jokes but full of love. A very extreme person. But for me he’s a very serious person especially when it comes to his family..
We always have small talks about family matters from his mom to his siblings down to his aunt and cousins...
I will missed those days when you give me unsolicited advices ... when problems cross my way.
Thank you so much for the quality time we spend together with your cousin James and Your Godson Cj.

Please pray for us in heaven to give us the strength we all need especially your mom your siblings and your Auntie Ely.
So long my dear brother. May the GOod Lord grant you eternal PEACE in heaven.

We love you ..and we will forever remember you..

Dino is such an approachable person, a dear cousin.. We grew up together with good memories.
Your passing hurt me so much ! and i cant accept it. I am deeply sorry that the last time you were here in Manila we didnt find time to visit Porac the way we used to do..and that is because of my health condition..
I just wanna say "THANK YOU SO MUCH" for being a loving and caring cousin.
I promise I will take care of my health as you have always told me..

TO Auntie Baby, my cousins Kit, Sonny, Edwin and Zymone.. my heartfelt condolences ... i will always pray for you.. God Bless...

Dino is a ray of Sunshine. He always makes us laugh. Everytime we bumped into each other, he will always share stories about his trips and about his family. I am just thankful for having him as a friend, a genuine and very humble person. He will be missed but will never be forgotten.

I will always remember the fun, laugh trip and bad times we shared. I will always cherish those memories.

When you wanted to meet last year and told me I might not see you again.
I regretted I didn't see you... I'm sorry...

I will always include your family in my prayers just like you always asked me in recent years.

Heavenly Father We lift up the family of Dino to our beloved Jesus Christ. Envelope them with your love as they go through this grieving time. May they be comforted with your promises, surround them with the love of family and friends. I pray all this In Jesus name. Amen.

I love you Dino ❤❤❤

Dino, our good friend & mate, we will miss you dearly. Though you are always miles away, you were always in our thoughts and minds. We follow all your posts eagerly, we shared your joys & suffered with you the pains you felt when you were in treatment. We can never forget your good nature, loyalty & the laughter you always bring. You always lighted up the room. You will always remain in our mind as a lovable, humorous big man with an even bigger heart & so generous in spirit. You left us too soon good friend. In that short time, we had a chance to share great times & valuable memories. Heaven has a place for a special person like you. Godspeed Dino.
