Julia Elizabeth “Betty” Brooks, born Jan. 6, 1922, passed away peacefully in her sleep Jan. 26, 2016. She was 94 years old. Betty loved 4 things, Burbank, Bingo, and the split-pea soup at Harry’s Family Restaurant in Burbank. She also loved people and they loved her. She will be deeply missed
