Kathleen Lucille Beals

Kathleen Lucille Beals, 86, of Burbank, California, passed away peacefully on October 23, 2026, surrounded by her family.

Born on May 27, 1940, and raised in Aurora, New York, Kathleen was the eldest of four children born to the late F.Lansing Miller and Katharine T. Miller. She graduated from Sherwood Central High School in 1957 and went on to continue her education at Auburn Community College.

Throughout her life, Kathleen was dedicated to serving others and enriching her community. She was a devoted parishioner and active member of St. Finbar Catholic Church, as well as a passionate volunteer with National Charity League, giving generously of her time to local service initiatives across Burbank.

Kathleen is survived by her loving husband, Roy M. Beals; her children, Tim Beals and Mary Beth (Derek) Sweet; her beloved grandchildren, Dylan (Haley) Sweet, Abigail (Brevin) White, Kayla Beals, and Tenley Sweet; and her siblings, F.Patrick Miller, Mary Dunn, and L. John Miller.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her cherished son, Brian Beals; and her daughter-in-law, Nancy Beals.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made in Kathleen’s memory to Burbank Nutrition Services to support the community she cared for so deeply.
