Marie Ann Del Castillo

November 8, 1943 - June 15, 2016 Marie Ann Del Castillo was a fun, loving, devoted Mother and wife who raised six children in North Hollywood, CA with her husband Ralph Alonzo Del Castillo. They were married for forty-one years until Ralph's passing in October, 2006. Marie also nursed and cared for her husband Ralph during the last nine years of his life as he struggled to live with advanced stages of diabetes. Marie loved to dance, she also loved motorcycles and sports cars. Her friends nick named her "Road Runner" because she was always quick and on the go. She loved to read and wrote letters to her family, friends and even her nurses on a regular basis, in fact never missing a birthday or a congratulatory occasion. She had a big heart, loved to make people smile and was always grateful for their company and a simple smile in return. Her laugh was infectious and her love truly genuine. She is survived by her children: Deanna Schiess, Marla Delgado, Ralphie Del Castillo, Kenny McCarty, Bruce Del Castillo, Tallula Sevillano, seventeen Grandchildren and two Great Grandchildren.
