Patricia Sheakley Lasher

She was born to the late Orville and Rose Dennis on June 7, 1947 in San Fernando, CA. She was the youngest of three daughters.She graduated from Bishop Alemany High School in Mission Hills, CA. She married her late first husband, Thomas Sheakley on February 12, 1966. Tom passed away on August 28, 2008. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from California State University, Dominguez Hills in August 1990. She was part of the first PACE program graduates.She was employed by several law firms as a paralegal. She performed these duties until she retired in 2009.

She married her current husband, Robert Lasher, on May 10, 2014. Pat and Bob met in a bereavement group after his first wife, Janet, died from breast cancer.Pat enjoyed travelling. Amongst other avocations, Tom managed a cover band for the Drifters. This took them to many locations in the southwest United States. After her second marriage, she and Bob took several vacations and cruises. A three week tour of the western United States was remembered fondly.

She is survived by a daughter, Heather Anne, of Boulder Colorado and a sister Ellen Maul of Ventura, CA
