My deepest condolences to the family.
Rosie may have been little in size but had a giant heart.
She was a spiritual lady who believed in prayer and I know the Lord is by her side now.

My deepest sympathy, and Condolences, to all of Rosie Diaz Kinzel. I'm so sorry i didn't have a chance to visit you. I was truly looking forward to seeing you and spending time with you, now that I moved back to Burbank. You were a beautiful blessing in my life for me and my daughter Jennifer. We shared some good time's and talks. You were loving and kind to eeveryone. You will be missed by all of us. May you Rest In Peace, with all your loved ones and Jesus. Thank you cousin Rosie Diaz Kinzel, for being part of my life. Love cousin's Becky Diaz and Jennifer Vitale.

Rosie will be greatly missed. She was a wonderful mother and aunt.

I truly enjoyed playing with her daughters, Lucia and Gilda, at their house. Always fun and full of adventure there. I remember crawling through a small door on the side of the house on Buena Vista when we all got locked out and opening the door for everyone.

You lived a long and fruitful life Rosie, rest in peace now in heaven.

We will always remember how Auntie Rosie kept the family together with her tamale days and all the good times we had in Tehachapi! Mike will always remember that she made the best flour tortillas and always saved some for him. Our hearts go out to all of you and we wish you the peace good memories can bring. She will always be in our hearts. We love you all.
Mike and Rose

Dear Bill and family of Rosie,
It is with a sad heart that I say "Until we meet again" to my dear friend Rosie. She called me shortly before her passing and we had such a wonderful conversation. I am so grateful for that time with her. I share greatly in your grief.
                                                             Sincerely,
                                                              Georgia Davis

Rosie,
Rest In Peace Dear Lady. We have known each other for 50 years! Then after the kids grew up we all kind of went our separate ways. But when we did see each other, at the market or you stopped by our house, you were always the same, you never changed. Always kind and caring with that beautiful smile. I am so blessed to have spoken with you in the last 2 months.
You will forever be in our hearts and thoughts. With love to you, Bill, Gilda, Lucia, Ben, and all of those who love you.

Karron Varga And Family

I enjoyed all the get togethers we had at Rosie's house -- all of the tamale days with everyone. The house would be full of family, as well as the back yard and front yard. Such great memories. Rosie's hospitality was always so warm and friendly and greatly appreciated. I had many wonderful conversations with her. I always enjoyed these get togethers. I really loved her story of how her and her husband got together. We also shared a hobby in common. We both liked to make jewelry. She was always so happy and full of life. She had a great appreciation for family and everyone in her life. Rosie will be greatly missed.

Auntie Roise was more than just a sister , Mother or Aunt to this world. She was a light to many and hope to all. She was well remembered to us kids as the Aunt who took not nonsense and uplifted yo with Stories of Pop and Mom Diaz. She supported the family with a chankla in one hand and a wooden spoon in the other. She was stern in disapline and Soothing with her cooking. Many of her lessons of Love and Respect have been rooted deep with in me and I thank her deeply for it. I hope I have pass that on to my on children. I know I followed her teachings in the kitchen and strived to win her approval of my tamale Making kills which I proudly teach me own kids. I sent her a batch of my Tamales and was delighted when she shent me a text upon receving them. This is what she Said:

Michelle , what can I tell you. You and Beck are the next generation and the best Tamale makers. Wow! They were great. I had 2 big ones a red chile and a green chile. Your uncle had 3 red chile ones. He said to tell you they were very tastie and good. And to thank you for the tamales. Very good Michelle and Beck. 👍👍👍👍 for both of you 🙅🏻 a hug for everyone. 😘

I cried reading this text knowing that I made her proud. I want to always remeber her this way. Full of love and waiting arms open to all who loved her.

Thank you Rosie for welcoming me into the family with open arms and always so loving. I will miss you dearly.

My heart is broken and will never be the same. Wela was the strongest person I know. Loved to laugh, be together and cook. She was fierce, loyal and above all MY WELA. I miss you every minute of every day.

Dear Lucia & Gilda, So sorry for your Loss of you're Beautiful Mother. She was alway's so kind to us while we we're growing up. Sending you our thoughts and prayers. Love Celia Meza Acosta (Tiny)

I remember Rosie would dedicate her time to help with our class field trips at Bret Hart elementary. I ALWAYS wanted to be in her group because she was so laid back and sweet you just felt safe and loved in her presence. Rest in love sweet angel

Rosie was a very special lady - always so kind and generous. Her faith and trust in God was an inspiration to me. Heaven gained an angel with this one. She will be missed by many.
The last photo she sent me was on her 91st birthday. She was so happy. I told her how pretty she was with her white hair and she told me the first thing she told her husband was she would never dye her hair. The earrings she wore that day were from junior high! Love you Rosie, Taylor

Rosie was always smiling & loved everyone. She's in Heaven now & walking with Jesus talking & even laughing! Will see her again when I get to Heaven . Love & Comfort to the family. Lois Fiske
