It is with sadness that we announce the passing on April 2, 2012 of our beloved husband, father and nonno. Alberto was born in Banco, Italy in 1926 and came to Canada in 1954. He is survived by his devoted wife of 54 years, Ernesta, sons Leo (Maureen), Walter (Yolanda) and grandchildren Michael, Kristen and Danielle. Alberto also leaves behind many nieces and nephews in the province of Trentino-Alto Adige, Italy. Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. on April 11th at Our Lady of Sorrows, 555 Slocan. Visitation will be held at 9:15 a.m. prior to Mass.
