It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Aldo Schiavinato on May 8, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Arcade, Treviso, Italy on June 19, 1932.
Aldo is predeceased by his beloved wife, Eleonora. He leaves behind his son, Ernie (Teresa), his daughter Gianna, and his grandchildren, Joey, Sonia (Peter), Anthony (Sarah), and Nicolas (Cristina). As a great-grandfather, Aldo leaves behind Sara, Laura, Giuliana, and Luca.
Aldo will be deeply missed and remembered always with much love. We will hold dear those cherished memories.
Visitation for will be held Wednesday, May 28, 2025 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at Bell & Burnaby Funeral Chapel, 4276 Hastings Street, Burnaby, BC. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, May 29, 2025 at 11:00am at Our Lady of Sorrows Parish, 555 Slocan St, Vancouver, BC.
