Angelina Bonaventura

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, nonna, zia and friend.

Angelina (Angela) passed away peacefully on June 2, 2020 in Vancouver at the age of 83.

She is predeceased by her husband Giulio. She is survived by her son, Marco (Diane), daughter Scilla (Russell) and beloved grandchildren Alessio and Adriana, brother Angelo, as well as many nieces and nephews, family and friends.

She will forever be remembered for her warmth, generosity and strength. Her energy and personality would light up a room. She cherished being “Nonna” more than anything.

Angela touched many people’s lives through life and work and was loved by many.

She faced many obstacles in life with courage, perseverance and dignity, including her final days.

She made us laugh until we cried and left us with an infinite amount of love and treasured memories.

We are honoured to have our Angel on earth, now watch over us from Heaven.
