Angelina Catania

We are heartbroken to announce that Angelina Catania lost her 5 year battle with Ovarian cancer on Tuesday night, passing away peacefully with grace and courage surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her father Antonio Raso, Angela is mourned and remembered by her husband Bruno, sons Steve (Erin), and Paul (Denise), beautiful Grandaughters, Zoe, Gia, Brooklyn, Nella, and sister Piña (Tony). In Italy, she will be sadly missed by her mother Giovanna, sister Franca, and brother Giovanni (Rosetta). Never forgotten by her brothers and sisters in-law, and many nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers the family requests that a donation be made to one of Angela's brave family members, Doreen Catania, who is also fighting Ovarian cancer. Prayers will be offered 8:00 p.m. Monday, February 15th at St. Helen's Parish 3860 Triumph St., Burnaby, BC and where Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 16th.
