Following her studies, Athena began her teaching career with the VSB and later joined CPC, where she worked faithfully until her retirement. Throughout her life, Athena was known for her joyful spirit, kind heart, and genuine love for helping others. She greeted everyone with a warm smile, reflecting her deep faith and compassion for those around her.
Guided by her trust in God, Athena lived a life marked by humility, generosity, and grace. Her quiet strength, heart for service, and steady kindness left a lasting impression on all who were blessed to know her.
Athena was predeceased by her father, Harry, and her sister, Ada. She is lovingly remembered by her devoted husband, Keith; her sons, Daniel (Adrienne) and David (Tina); her cherished grandson, Christian; her mother Lily; her brothers, John (Linda), Arnold (Shirley), and Aaron (Queenie); and her large extended family, all of whom she held close to her heart.
